I wouldn't know what it is like to fly with AerLingus because our flight was cancelled and changed which was not suitable for a connection.
Have been promised a refund but after 8wks of waiting NO replies to emails or phone calls and NO REFUND. You tell me is this a rip off or what. This was not the ony AerLingus flights cancelled by them during our trip.
