The parcel arrived on time (in spite of the bad weather conditions). As per the email guidelines, I checked the item on arrival. Unfortunately it was damaged. I rang Why Wood Works and explained the situation. I couldn't have been more impressed. Sundae said that she would contact the warehouse and arrange for another one to be sent out the following day. Again, in spite of the bad weather it arrived on time. The customer service was first class, the tool box and bench is a gorgeous gift. There will be a delighted little boy on Christmas Day thanks to the quick response from Why Wood Works. Given the other experiences which I have had with late parcels and slow deliveries, the service from Why Wood Works was fantastic, the tool box and bench is fantastic quality and I will definitely use them again. I have already also recommended them to friends. Thank you.
