My flight was from Orlando USA to Bulgaria Europe. I went for a winter holiday and spend 3 days in traveling and 7 days in waiting my baggage because US Airways send it to Rio in Brazil. Very poor communication and help from them I'm never gonna fly with this company again. Please have this in mind because they have very bad service and old planes.
