I have been trying practicly all the time by phone and email

and can't get a reply we had tickets for Sunday 19th Dec and could not get to Aberdeen due to adverse weaher conditions ans want to knwo if I can use my rickets at a later date but cannot get to speak to anybody don't think this good customer relations tickets cost £24.00 pounds alot of money especially when it was out with people.s control
