I rang AutoAid for the first time since getting the policy over a year ago and so this is based on one response. However, it is a response on one of the busiest days for breakdowns in the year - Monday morning the weekend after heavy snowfall! I rang at 8.15am following a burst tyre and had all my details taken after about a 2 minute wait on the line. Autoaid sent me a text message to say when my rescue would arrive. About 10 minutes before the ETA I had a phone call to say the local breakdown company was "minutes away" and sure enough, there he was, bang on time! All in all, I waited an hour and a quarter in minus 6 temperatures. Another person down the road experienced a burst tyre too (massive pothole on the road affected many of us!) and they had tried the AA, with no response!! I am so glad I am with Autoaid!!
