“I paid for my program november 10-2010, but never got...”

I paid for my program november 10-2010, but never got the information I needed in order to download the program. Customer service hasn't answered my two email inquiries.And if ypu open a support ticket you are sent into a never ending loop VERY UNHAPPY.
