Lecture Mate Review

Firstly I looked at similar products with a similar price (price being vital, as I'm a student!) I was impressed with the specs and since I use this for research interviews, having stereo recording was a must. The interviews took place in cafes and other public areas, and I have been very pleased with the recording quality. Using the highest quality setting a half hour interview used only a fraction of the memory and it's very easy to put the recordings on to my laptop so the memory isn't an issue anyway.



The only negative point is that the device feels quite light and I wonder how robust it is. Having said that, I've been carrying it around for the past few weeks in my bag full of books and it's survived!



Overall Lecture Mate seems to be very easy to use and the sound quality of the recording is surprisingly good.
