I changed my car from an insurance group 17 to insurance group 9 after 1 month with Esure and they said premium was the same - even though their website quoted £50 less. If I wanted to cancel it would cost me £55 which I knew but... I did expect them to be fair when I'm going from a 7 seater higher insurance group. Disappointed and feel ripped off. I will be more selective next year and not go for price alone. Certainly won't use Esure.
