After remembering that this company was shown on The Gadget Show once as the best value for money print site I thought I'd check it out.
You have an option to upload photos in high res or low res (default) which will affect the quality and size of prints that you order. The low res option is suitable for any print sizes up to 10x8, easy to organise plus the option to say whether you want the pictures to be automatically adjusted (edited for clarity) or to be left alone if you've done that already. I edited my prints already and printed all but a few prints in sepia and B&W.
The collage print options are amazingly easy to lay out, though you don;t have direct control on the order of the pictures you can keep ransomising until they are in an order you're happy with and even single out a picture to be the main one.
The print quality for what you are paying is actually very good. The pictures to come out quite dark, which worked nicely for me, but best to remember to lighten your photos a little before uploading.
The website will require the latest version of flash or it will not work correctly, they offer a large range or products that you can customise with your own photos and on the whole very user friendly.
Though I haven't been in touch with the custmer service (so couldn't comment) I'd recommend this company for those that want good prints at a low cost.
