This was my first experience with Gear-Zone and it was very negative.
My order was placed on 11 December (am) and I received an email confirmation within an hour stating that the item was in stock and the order was being packed. On 17 December, no email confirmation that the order had shipped so I emailed them and received a response that the item had "just sold out". Interesting, since it was in stock the previous week when I ordered it and paid for it.
Their customer service department has proven un-reachable: phone rings dozens of times with no answer, emails have been unanswerd. In the meantime, I found the same product at another store, purchased it, received the order confirmation and shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number within two hours. Nice.
It is unfortunate since the Gear-Zone website is easy to navigate and their prices (on some products, at least) are competitive.
