This website is attractive, you but what appears to be nice. My coat arrived faulty, have rang customer services over 50 times now, no answer. Have emailed them and had no response. Ive bought another coat which was 7 days ago and still not recieved it. LUCKILY I paid with paypal, so I have them to help me. I would AVOID them completely, if you must buy from them, pay with paypal!!!! I cant stress this enough. I have an open case now, and boohoo are still ignoring me!! THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL!! BAD BAD BAD COMPANY>>> NO CUSTOMER SERVICES. Dont bother ringing them as no one is there!!
