Ordered flowers online on Sunday evening for them to be delivered 3 days later on Wednesday to Holy Island off Northumberland for a retirement. Their bumpf stated 1-2 days delivery via Royal Mail. It's now Thursday afternoon, and I still haven't had any notification from the recipient's organiser that they've arrived. (And they hadn't arrived at 10.30 this morning.) To be fair to Bunches, they've offered me a full refund. Needless to say, I'll be taking them up on their offer. My wife has used them in the past, and was impressed, but my first experience is a bitter one.
