I was actually RECOMMENDED Nochex by several other people, and signed up a few weeks ago for a seller account. Unfortunately so far I am totally unimpressed.

I had a query about the coding of their payment links and, since it wasn't answered in the knowledge-base, I went to the main Contact Us page and selected customer-service (they dont seem to have a tech department).

The "Contact Us" form allowed me to fill in everything, then the Submit button landed me on a 403 error page, not once or twice but five times. I gave up. I have therefore been totally unable to ask the company any questions.

There is a "supposed" link to a Developers Forum, but that just leads round in circles back to the Knowledge base. In fact, the whole site seems to be designed to lead round in circles.

On several occasions, the log-in sections rejected my password, even though I know it was correct; and the demonstrations of seller and merchant accounts failed to work (although they DID work on my first visit).



I also now notice there is no method of closing your account with them. This is perturbing, since I note they charge a fee for under-used accounts. If I can't get anywhere with this in the next few weeks then I shall be writing to the address given and sort it out that way.



It is really a great shame that the UK can't put up a worthy alternative to Paypal. So like others, I can't really give any stars and am forced to give 1 by the system employed here!,
