My partner had previously travelled and thought we'd choose to go with Jet rather than Emirates who we flew to India with before. Firstly, seat uncomfortable, pad kept coming off (hostess mended it). Secondly, toilet was disgusting, I have never been on a plane where I have gone to the loo and been confronted with a dirty toilet and lots of water on the floor. I asked the hostess if she could clean it which she did with a cup of water! I went to the other toilet which was not good either. When I came out I found the hostess talking quietly around the corner about me (not very professional). Why should I put up with using a dirty toilet? She was a bit abrupt and told me that they always make sure the toilets are clean. I guess I was unlucky. After that experience I decided to wait until I got to LHR another 6 hours away. My partner who is Indian went to the loo 2 hours before landing and said it was disgusting and that he had got his feet wet and told me not to bother! My partner enjoyed the entertainment. Blankets could be a bit thicker.



The food was OK, Emirates is better.
