Once my payment had cleared I received the goods within one working day as payed extra for the Q Jump service. Tracking data was given via email. The goods were well packaged and protected.



I went with a number of optional extras including a 22" Hd monitor, upgraded cooling, Wireless lan card and I got good deal when I rang up on the 3yr carefree warranty. All the correct and necessary leads and software were provided to get up and running straight away. Most of the software including windows 7 came pre-loaded with back up discs provided. The complete package is quality, right from the Scout case to the AOC monitor which produces great, colorful resolution even when using the VGA cable provided. Performance wise the pc of this power seems to breeze effortlessly with multiple programs running and still remains quiet. I use this pc mainly for AutoCAD and video editing where it handles things well. I'm not a big gamer so haven't had the opportunity to test this side of the machine.



I've gone to the effort of writing a fairly lengthly review as when I was considering buying from Palicomp I had seen posts around the net saying not to use them because of poor customer care and machines turning up not the spec people had ordered (similar to ones on this site). However, I can confirm that I have no such issues with customer care which has been fine so far and the machine spec I ordered is what has arrived.
