One star through default

Staff are very rude and un professional, expect you to call premium number and then quite happily place you on hold for up to 15 minutes.

(use say no to 0870.com and the jokes on them)

"Guaranteed" two cars on the phone and took £160 deposit - When I received the booking form, the cars were not the same, neither was the price.

Would not refund/amend my booking - was passed from pillar to post while they clearly found it funny.

Very un-professional, I would not use them or any company associated with them.
