I was told that I could not have a heater from the stock of 26 as mine had been ordered and was being delivered by Parcelforce so I had to wait for it to arrive, even though I had PAID CASH FOR IT (£23.99). When I eventually got it and took it home it was NOT WORKING. A customer service agent (a man) told me he had arranged to have a new one delivered on Monday (13th December 2010). When I rang up (yes you guessed it), he had not recorded it at all. The story is too long. i wish I had known they were not a very good company. I would have stayed with my original choice. I will never go to Screwfix again or recommend them. I did get a £10 voucher, but I still do not have the heater, As I write one of the managers is trying to have the non working one collected and a new one delivered.

What more do you want? Your issue has been acknowledged, they even gave you a voucher back (nearly 50%) of the original order and are chasing the issue for you personally.
