Costa Review

The Costa coffee shop is the market leaders but I found these shops very disappointing.



The Nottingham Wheeler Gate outlet has surly service by unprofessional staff; I have been twice and have had to wait in a long queue while four other customers wait ahead of me while four staff seem to be poorly trained, poorly managed and lacking customer service skills.



The coffee is of mediocre standard and is weak. Prices are high and the drinks are not worth the price paid.



Service is surly, a male member of staff (who was a supervisor) told me off for taking my drink without a saucer on it despite waiting ten minutes for the drink!



Once occasion whilst I was being served by a dark haired female member of staff, she started to speak to someone who wanted a job there and started to neglect making my drink. Poor service. Poor drinks. Expensive overpriced prices. Go to Caffe Nero!
