I bought a pair of Spex4less 'clearance' designer glasses. Really just to test them out, as they'd be £400+ in the opticians. I bought all the usual coatings when I placed my order over the phone - and my specs arrived in less than a week. Great I thought - until I found that I couldn't see through them. It turns out I read out the wrong prescription to them (my husband's!). Best of all - one call to them was all it took to put things right. I offered to pay - but they wouldn't hear of it saying that such things are covered under their 100% guarantee. Great service (and the glasses are great too!!) & would certainly use them again. (Thanks to my friend for Laura for recommending them!).
