Topshop has been my worst on line experience ever. I ordered some shoes 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting on them. When I tried to contact them on several occasions they tell me they have a overwhelming amount of emails to deal with and there is no need to contact them again they will answer my email as soon as possible. Hmmm I wonder why they have so many emails to respond to. The last contact was made 6 days ago and I still have not heard from them. I think they hope i will forget or just give up. I do not recommend topshop.com to anyone not even my enemies.
