Ordered tickets for a 1 connection trip to France and through no fault of BST got a notice of denied charge from Chase for the credit card charge. When I received e-tickets, I was concerned as credit card company confirmed via phone (from somewhere other than the US, on a poor connection - I did for a minute think I was talking to "Peggy") that the charge had been denied and could not be reinstated. I emailed and phoned BST and to my surprise and delight contacted a real person. After explaining my concern that I either had no tickets or if I rebooked would have 4, they agreed, took my phone # & stayed in contact with me via email until my card charge posted (who knows why). I appreciate the service and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Gave them 5 stars for customer service but as this is first time using them will see how rest of process goes.
