Excellent value - cheapest on the internet. Have used them in the past and found them competitive and reliable. This time I was ordering a whole kitchen's worth of appliances and their multi-product discount and miele product discount made it extremely keenly priced. There was some delay with the order due to an out of stock item, but they agreed to deliver the order in two consignments to meet the deadlines of my kitchen fitter - all with no delivery charge. When I found 6 weeks later that the tumble dyer was not going to suit the space I had allowed for it they agreed to exchange it (for a small fee) but did still gave me the multi-product discount.

Customer service was excellent and every member of staff I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend.
