The A400 is light-weight, The battery life is comparable to the other phones that Sprint offers, and the downloadable idle screens and ringtones are a plus!
Bad Points
The only bad point is the accessories are hard to find only because the phone is still new.
General Comments
I've owned the 8500 and just switched over to the Samsung A400 mobile phone. The A400 is slimmer and more light weight than it's predecessor the 8500. The battery life is comparable to other phones with G3 Technology that Sprint offers. It has most of the features of the 8500, and then some! The GPS, if you have support for it in your area (I don't :(), is an awesome feature to have. The wireless web browser is faster than the 8500, and that's great because the time you spend on the wireless web comes off the bundled minutes in your plan if you took the wireless web option. If you don't have a palm computer, the ability to store e-mail addresses for your contacts in the internal phone book is a great also. The reception is great, and the antenna is longer than the 8500. If having games is important to you the built in games push push, fly ribbon, puzzle world, and spider hunter is awesome. The games, available via the wireless web, supplement it for hours of game play. So, if you have the 8500, N200, or the 3500, I strongly recommend that you upgrade to this phone! :)
