I bought an Omega watch costing just over £2000. Three months later whilst looking after a patient, the strap gave way and the watch bounced across the floor. Two consultant surgeons witnessed this. After going back to the store, they sent the watch to Omega. One mth later, i received a phone call to say watch had been repaired, i didnt accept the watch back as it was a faulty strap that had caused it to fall to the floor. Nearly 3 months later , after all promises to call us back and things didnt happen, thdy refuse to supply me with a new watch, so im now taking them to court. This company needs to be avoided at all costs, once they have your money, your history, please be aware.

That's an issue with Omega- not ernest jones- they only sell what theyre supplied!
