Flight from Edinburgh to New York (return) ground staff on both sides of Atlantic were very poor. Staff were rude, incompetent & unhelpful. Staff in Newark were particularly awful unwilling to help, if you weren't business class they didn't care! Helpline staff were also poor & resorted to defending the behaviour of staff stating "behaviour is in the eye of the beholder!". If you have a choice do not use this airline. Once they have your money any form of basic customer service disappears!
