Customer service sucks. I tried calling to cancel membership a few days ago and the number kept cutting me off. Today I got to a place where I'm at least on hold, but I've been on hold for 20 minutes now. This is ridiculous. It would be easier for me to close my credit card account. The only reason I gave it one star is because you had to give it something.
