allen cars book should be precribed on the NHS, Itried the tablets zyban etc and after 6 years later i am still smoke free and never a relapse or even a craving for a fag. this book get into your mind you set your stop date anby the time it arrived i was tottaly ready to stop after 30 yrs of smoking that was some achievment all down to this book......
