I ordered a luxury bouquet of 20 red roses from Serenata Flowers (serenataflowers.com) with all the trimmings for my first anniversary and paid the extra for guaranteed delivery on the day. The flowers did not arrive "because of adverse weather conditions" and the order is apparently not even in their depot yet,let alone dispatched for delivery. After being told the delivery would probably be FOUR DAYS LATE I asked for a refund as I already had to buy another bouquet and Serenata Flowers have refused to issue me a refund. The service consultant refused to let me speak to her supervisor and she was unreasonable and exceptionally rude on the phone. Once Serenata Flowers haa your money they seem to lose interest very quickly and do not live up to their promises!



Please note that their website GUARANTEES delivery and that's the reason I made my purchase via Serenata Flowers. After the dismal performance from Serenata Flowers I would recommend you pick your own daises from the side of the road and send via courier pigeon for a better chance of actually effecting delivery on time and a more satisfying customer experience.
