Rip off merchants - avoid at all costs.



Charged me for investigating phone, half repaired it, at 3 times their estimated costs (we knew exactly what was needed as we damaged a the earpiece connector when changing digitiser), and sent it back loose in plastic bag - result was that phone had more faults than when it was sent in.



Also they had to be threatened with legals, just to get VAT receipt (actually they sent VAT Invoice by Email, but at least I can get some of the costs back).
