Would strongly recommend to anyone to avoid Co-operative Travel for any transactions whatsoever whether it be travel, travel money, insurance.

Would rather give my custom to anyone but the Co-operative Travel on the basis that customer satisfaction and the way they speak to customers is the low of the low

Avoid their Liverpool Lord Street branch at all costs. Rude staff and when you complain the so called Customer Services Solutions Department will simply be as efficent as someone from Little Britain.
