This was my first time booking with Canadian Affair, I booked my ticket in August and my mother's in November. On the day of the flight, we turned up nice and early to check in only to be told that my mother's ticket had been cancelled. Both tickets that I bought were non refundable, so I explained that I did not cancel the ticket and that no one else would have cancelled it on my behalf. They (Thomas Cook) eventually allowed my mother to travel and promised that they would re instate her ticket once we were on the plane. On our return journey, the same problem (Air Transat), fortunately for my mother there were four empty seats and they allowed her to travel back to the uk. Would I book with Canadian Affair again? No.
