Disgusted with the lack of communication from the company when asking for acknowledgment of the order I had placed. Days later - phone calls and emails still not answered. If the goods are Out-of-stock an acknowlegment of this would be appreciated. One very disgruntled student customer - I will ensure that other students do not fall into this trap. Because this is a complaint I doubt the website will publish it!!
