Getting your own money from this organisation is nothing short of a joke. Bond matures, money is transfered into "easy saver" account, tried to transfer money out but it flags up "error as highlited", but nothing is highlited. Each effort to transfer all my money results in them informing me that my account would then be closed and all money plus interest would be paid into my "nominated" account. After one week of trying it transpiers that my account will not be closed unless i write to them, and i can transfer out all but £50 of my own money. The £50 is kept by them to keep the account open....which i do not want to do.....youv'e got to love the Irish...no wonder they are in financial melt down...GOOD RATES BUT AVOID
