Owned for three years. Have not been convinced that freezer has worked properly from beginning but now fridge does not get cold enough. Full of ice but can't get to it to remove. Tried Hdefrosting now will not get colder than 7 degrees. Going out tomorrow to replace with a standard fridge freezer. Owned three in 30 years first one lasted 15 years, second was still working well when I scrapped for this "posh" version. What a mistake as it is not yet three years old. Never again. Avoid this product.
