I hardly burst into tears in situations, but after trying to cancel my insurance with them, one of their 'customer representatives' has reduced me to just that! Well done!
Reason for this is simply because I wanted to cancel my insurance. Why such a large organisation would get upset because I am no longer willing to pay £7.99 a month for a handset that has broke once, and continually plays up I dont know. I explained to them on the phone that I was a recent graduate without a job so I have no money coming in. Of course it makes sense to stop paying for things that are not necessary. I even apologised to the member of staff whose reference number I did not get due to his rude, cocky and arrogant manner as he whittled it off very fast, so they can do that fast, but everything else leaves you on hold for minutes on end.
I would email a complaint on to the company, but strangely enough, you can only call or write to them!!! Bet them letters never get seen to!
p.s you have to give at least one star rating, I wouldnt even give them that
