I am extremely disappointed with this company

I checked on their website which stated the item was in stock

I then 'phoned you and spoke to a female assistant who checked and said the item was definitely in stock and ready for immediate delivery

On this information I placed an order immediately

This was quite clearly untrue - as they told me that their supplier cannot provide you with the item - but I was told verbally it was in stock!

Having received their e-mail informing me of their inability to fulfil my order I checked on your website to find that the same item was still listed as available and at an even lower price-clearly they can put whatever price they want on an item if they have no intention of selling one!

I shall not deal with this company again and neither will anyone else if they expect to rely a professional service.
