“Ordered an Ipad, special deal with a £100 off the top...”

Ordered an Ipad, special deal with a £100 off the top of the range model. Or it would be if we ever receive it. Promised within 7 days and over 2 weeks later they are still offering nonsense excuses. Not happy with them at all, customer service centre don't seem interested.
