The initial meeting with the Betta Living Sales Representative was quite lengthy, probably could have been done in less time but in saying that he was very thorough and courteous and we felt that we finished up with a good deal.

After a few problems with units and worktops being damaged, James at Betta Living was extremely helpful and had replacement units out to us very quickly. The quality of the kitchen, worktops, units, sink, taps etc is extremely high and it all look fabulous. I would like to say thank you to James on here for his input into getting things right and for going out of his way to ensure that we were looked after. We purchased the "Kansas Pear" kitchen. I would recommend this kitchen to any perspective buyer, it looks stunning.
