“I ordered a card for my husband which took a long time...”

I ordered a card for my husband which took a long time due to the site crashing four times, It states they will deliver the same day If ordered before 2pm, I ordered mine just after 2pm because the problems I experienced however I am still waiting two days later and my husband has no birthday card from me on his 40th birthday.

I am very angry and wished I had just bought one. I would not recommend this site If you want the card in time for someone's birthday, I will not be using them again. I would not have bothered with this site If I had known It was too difficult a task for them to get a card printed and out the door in time.
