After waiting for 2 weeks after I paid for next day delivery, sending over 20 emails, and calling countless times I am still not any closer to getting my product or a refund.
They have however refunded me £1 of my postage which they advise me is the difference between Next Day delivery (what I had paid for) and standard delivery... how generous of them.
The staff are rude and unhelpful, I have not had 1 response to any of my emails and when I call they cant help.
I would recommend that no one shop on this appalling website.
