I signed up to their breakdown cover accidentally and tried to get a refund. Unfortunately in their small print there is a £20 admin fee applied to any cancellation of purchase even within the 14 day money back garantee period. To me this shows a company with poor values as they are willing to take 20 pounds off me for nothing just because I accidentally clicked on the wrong button on their website. Why cheat people out of their money in that way? I know its the same with all insurance companies and society is the real blame not the company, but need somewhere to rant about it. never having anything to do with them again. unhappy customer.
