I am very frustrated that you have to register with each individual branch of OA. I am registered with Romford, Docklands (Joke), Tottenham Court Road (outrageous) and London Bridge.



I have been chasing Tottenham Court Road to help me find a new position for on and off over a year. The latest response I received yesterday was "we will call you as and when we think there is something suitable for you and therefore you dont need to call us" and yet another consultant in the same branch asked me "do you check in with us all the time" Am I missing something here. They are advertising all these jobs and then when you call they say they have NO PERM POSITIONS - if this is the case how on earth are they managing to stay open - these girls are on a different planet, rude and extremely unprofessional and have no idea just how disheartening it is for us candidates.



My brother-in-law done an interview with them this wek on helping disabled people find a job well...... if we cannot get anywhere with these individuals who think they are too good to help us then the disabled have no chance. Head Office need to sort out the way these girls work as no branch appears to be consistent with the other. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL -Does anyone from Hed Office read these reviews - probably not, they are too busy bigging themselves up rather than doing their jobs which they are paid to do which is to help us - the ones that actually keep them employed in the first place!!!



Oh yes and the best bit is the girl in Docklands moved to London Bridge and notified me NOT and neither did her branch so to date I have not been on one interview with Tottenham Court Road in a year, Docklands in 3 months and London Bridge. I am a qualified PA with over 20 years experience and do not believe there are no PA/Executive Roles out there for us ladies. Someone is not doing their job! Romford however have been amazing but sadly the rest let them down.
