booked hol to dom rep.sept 2010 the same hol was taken out my bank account twiced a mistake on hays,was not just few hundred pounds,puttn me into hefty overdraft and numerous calls to hays customer service,with promises of returned calls from supervisers eg.never happend,contact customer services after lenthy calls again demanded this number,needless to say nearly 7 wks later and more calls told them policy is to recieve letter acknowledgement within 14 days settle complaint within 4 wks agreed sent letter acknowledge; next day time to go step further....
