Very disappointed in their customer service. It was a total shambles boarding and I had a jacket dropped on the plane and found by the flight crew. They made a cursory effort to locate the owner before deciding to take it off the plane in Dublin. I didn't discover it was lost until arriving in London. After talking to the air crew in London I was told the jacket was in dublin and they would send over on the next flight. Since then no jacket and no-one knows a thing. After calling Customer Service I had to send an e-mail. Repeated e-mails to Aer Lingus customer service have not even received a reply. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
