Note that in their terms and conditions they reserve the right to dispose of your phone if they do not want to pay you for it because it's stolen, or they say it's broken, or... anything, really.

They pay great prices, but there's always a risk that they'll say they didn't want your phone because there was a dead pixel on the screen. And they won't send it back to you, and there's not a lot you can do to get it back - because you agreed they could dispose of it however they liked.
