All it took was 1 phonecall at 2PM and by 5PM that evening I had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Crouch End... Certainly the most hassle-free, down-to-earth, friendly service I have had within the estate agent sector.



Given November is probably the quietest month on the rental calender, this goes a long way to prove that Black Katz have nailed it when it comes to dealing with both tenants and landlords.



The cherry on top of the cake was the efficient Claudine as well as my landlord. Kudos to the rest of the crew at Black Katz Crouch End for getting it just right. Thank you.
