Surely I wouldn't recommend KITBAG or a friend! I asked them to deliver a product in London for a friend of mine that was coming to Brazil. After 7 working days product had not been delivered (starting point=despath from KITBAG warehouse)by the incompetent Royal Mail and how my friend was leaving London for 2 months I just lost the order. As the shirt was personalized they didnt give me a refund nor allowed me to resend the merchandising for my home address in Brazil. And they still say they are fanatic about services!!! Liars!
