I needed a bespoke suit for my son's forthcoming wedding, which was only seven weeks away (November 2010). Having already experienced dis-interest and a total lack of customer service from a leading high street retailer I turned to King & Allen. I honestly thought the days of the level of Customer Service I encountered with King & Allen were a long gone memory. From the initial phone call to the minor adjustments that only became evident after the big day, the experience, professionalism and communications at their Surbiton branch in London were a revelation. At no time after opting for the Express Service did I ever feel that they would not achieve the target time window that I had allowed to narrow. Comments were very generous at the wedding where the hired suits asked if I had been given some sort of preferential treatment with the bridal hire company. Yes even the colour match with the hired suits was impeccable. Thank you so much King & Allen for making a special day even more so.
