Disgraceful airport staff and customer relations. Booked an emergency flight with head office and paid with credit card. Was told booking is complete and ready. I asked for a confirmation email....and was told it will arrive in a few hrs. At the airport we were told credit card was rejected (because it the passengers are not the card holders - they knew this already). Told to buy new seats at £200 extra. After hrs of international phone calls Head office told cairo to accept us at the agreed rate, but cairo refused (they had over booked). asked to be booked on next flight and offer a good price due to inconvenience... told to no and hung up on us!
