“Got a Lebara sim for my girlfriend to call home to...”

Got a Lebara sim for my girlfriend to call home to Slovenia, calls were only 4p a minute. Recently she told me her credit had been dwindling quicker than normal so checked her calls online. They had increased the charge to 16p a minute, called customer service to complain as they are supposed to inform you of call charge changes. Very unhelpful and arguementative female advisor. Good bye Lebara!
